The invention relates to a material comprised of an extracellular matrix from specific connective tissue cells, and a three-dimensional matrix of a hyaluronic acid derivative. Methods of preparation are provided, as are uses of the material as a substrate for the in vitro growth of keratinocytes. a) a cell preparation enriched in mesenchymal stem cells,
b) three-dimensional extracellular matrix comprising a nyaluronic acid derivative.
